There are two widely-accepted gel manufacturing processes: double-coated and deep dyed. Apollo gel is double-coated because many designers appreciate the color consistency found in the double-coated process.
Possible Uses / Suggestions: A paler (lighter) version of AP5500. Good for effects and costume colors. Good "sea-like" color. Various night effects. Good for dream-like scenes.
